In a hurry? Try the quick rise method! Preheat oven to 200F, boil 2 quarts of water in an oven safe dish and place it on lower rack, place rolls on upper rack, then be sure to turn the oven off. Let dough rise about 1 hour, until at least double in size. Remove pan of water and rolls from oven. Preheat oven, this time to 350F. Bake rolls 20 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
