1eggbeaten to seal edge of wrappers
peanut or vegetable oil for frying
Dipping Sauce
3TbspKikkoman Soy Sauce
3Tbspwater
1tsptoasted sesame oil
1/2tspagave syrup
1cloveminced garlic
1/4tspchili oil (optional)
1/2tspgrated ginger (optional)
Instructions
Brown pork in pan over med/high heat and drain excess fat and allow to cool
Add remaining filling ingredients to the pork and mix well
Place 1/4 cup of filling near one corner of the wrapper. Fold the nearest corner over the filling. Fold both sides in like an envelope. Brush opposite edges of wrapper with beaten egg and roll to seal. See video below for wrapping eggrolls.
Preheat peanut or vegetable oil to 350℉
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown
Combine dipping sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together
